Prior to joining Mangalam in 2012 she has been working with the HR department of Polaris Software Chennai and St Antony’s college, Kanjirapally .She has taken her masters in Business Administration from Bharatiyar University and Masters in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri School of Management, Kochi. Her areas of interest include Human resource Management, Industrial relations, Entrepreneurship and Training and Development.  She has done Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Innovative Approaches in Management Teaching” at IIM, Kozhikode. Also Attended FDP organized by AICTE training and learning Academy on the topic “Quantification of Human Resource with HR Analytics”. Published article on employee engagement and CSR on Dominician Discern a referred journal on interdisciplinary studies. She is acting as the Class Advisor for newly inducted students . She is highly passionate in soft skill development of students and acting as the coordinator of Encon club promoted by BPCL Kochi Refinery and Rotract club promoted by Rotary club of Kottayam East. She is currently pursuing her PhD from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
